• How long does shipping take?
  Orders take 24-48 hrs to be processed and then they are shipped. More details on our shipping policy.
  
  
• If the product doesn't work, could I get a refund?
  Everyone has a different biological makeup and therefore, may react differently to HydroPro-X. While all customers report some degree of lightening, it would be difficult to predict the outcome of every situation. Therefore, we do not offer refunds. See our Refunds Policy.

• Where can enter discount codes?
  Discount codes are entered during the final stage of checkout. You would be allowed to input your discount code before your order is final. Check out our blog to see the latest promos as they are posted.
