About Us

Our Story:
We started out as a small group in 2012 in Miami, FL USA. At the time the company, employed just under 5 employees. The company's flagship product HydroPro-X Serum was introduced to the market. Since then the company and product has gone through several iterations. In 2015 the company was acquired by Glowingoil.com International and business was expanded new regions including Europe and China. In 2017 Glowingoil.com International was dissolved and the formula sold to a new distribution company in Washington D.C. Since then the company furthered research and development and was relaunched under new management in August, 2020. Bay-V Traders are the sole registered global entity responsible for awarding distribution rights for products sold by ProGlow Skincare International. Wholesalers, Pharmacies, Spas and Distributors can contact us here for partnership inquiries.

In 2019, distribution rights were sold to various investors in regions around the world. Warehousing was outsourced via Shipwire and we partnered with several 3rd party courier services including: The United States Postal Service (USPS), Federal Express (FedEx) and DHL. ProGlow Skincare (Registered as ProGlow Skincare International in specific regions) is a USA-based distributor. In addition to North America, we operate and distribute in 4 major regions globally including the United Kingdom, the European Union, Latin America and the Caribbean.

Our facilities:
Since 2014, we partnered with several smaller laboratories for formula research and development. The majority of our products are developed in Portland, Oregon USA. Our products are formulated in state of the art laboratories at an FDA (US Food and Drug) Registered facility (Reg. No. E1002152) in Portland, Oregon. The facility is also compliant with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and this also allows all our organic products to be stamped certified organic. Products have been tested against a full spectrum of microbial tests including Aerobic Plate Count, Antimicrobial Effectiveness Testing, and Accelerated Stability Testing.

With billions of tons of waste filling landfills globally every year due to product packaging, our world is becoming increasingly environmentally conscious. We are doing our part to combat e-commerce waste. We reduced our Carbon footprint by:

Keeping packaging minimal and minimizing waste by digitalizing most forms and instructions.
Using recyclable packaging material as far as possible.
Using recyclable glass instead of plastic materials for all our bottles.
